Candidate-reported interview process

I applied via an employee referral and then had a preliminary call with the recruiter. It was a bit strange because they reached out without checking my resume first and then contacted me about the wrong position. I had also clearly stated my international status in my application, but the recruiter seemed surprised when they learned I wasn't a citizen or didn't have a H1B.

It started with a recruiter screen, then a hiring manager screen, followed by several rounds with different Product leaders. The focus was on accomplishments, behaviors, and cultural fit. This whole thing took a few months mainly because scheduling was tricky, but I wasn't in a rush.

i took a pretty easy online assessment first, then i had an interview where i had to solve a coding problem about finding the lowest common ancestor of n nodes, followed by a final behavioral interview about how i align with the company values.
