Candidate-reported interview process

There were several rounds of interviews, and then a two-week period of silence. The overall experience was okay. You should be ready to answer using the STAR method. Plan to dedicate your entire day to complete the interviews.

The process went pretty well, actually. They asked questions that were okay, but I had to talk a lot more about what I've done and what I'm good at. I thought the questions were a bit tricky, but doable.

Had a phone interview with the recruiter, then a basic assessment. After that, interviewed with the hiring manager, which went well. Finally, there was a panel interview where I think they interview across teams. One person on the panel was really abrasive with their questions, which I found unnecessary given the goal is to assess experience and fit. Maybe it's their personality, bad day, or lack of training, or maybe that's just how it is at this company.
