1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Zitlee ("Service", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age.

Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person through the Service
• Share, sell, or redistribute content from the Service without permission

Our Content

The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are owned by Zitlee and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

Our Service may allow you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, or material ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You retain all rights to your User Content, but you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to post such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

4. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable and consistent service, however:

• We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or without interruption
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time
• We may impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of the Service
• Scheduled maintenance may temporarily affect service availability

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of any significant changes or interruptions to the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. ZITLEE MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Service
• That the Service will meet your requirements or expectations
• That the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• That any interview preparation guarantees job placement or interview success
• The quality or accuracy of information obtained through the Service

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. All content and materials are provided for informational purposes only.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZITLEE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Business interruption or loss of opportunity
• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve months, or $100, whichever is greater.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zitlee and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• We may delete your account and any associated content
• You remain liable for any obligations accrued prior to termination

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your account settings.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
