Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was very straightforward and the recruiter was very prompt in their feedback. The focus was on people management skills and industry knowledge. Everyone I met with was thoughtful and kind and passionate.

The interview process had about 6 or 7 steps, starting with basic interviews, then moving to tech and management ones. I can't recall every single step exactly. The HR person was very organized initially, sending emails with questions I should expect. After each interview, the HR person would call to give feedback and also to get my feedback.

Just a couple of rounds. First a Recruiter conversation, then the Hiring manager casual conversation. After that, a Portfolio/presentation review. Sometimes, there's a need to talk with some cross-functional team as additional sessions. And Lastly, you get into the offer back and forth.
