This recruiter was unprofessional and unreliable. They did not show up for the scheduled interview twice and gave no explanation. It was disappointing and showed poor communication. Such repeated no-shows and lack of follow-up reflect poorly on the recruiter's reliability and respect for candidates' time.

This was the initial recruiter phone screen, which is the very first step. The recruiter mentioned there are several rounds of interviews and it was a lot to take in. They made it seem like I was moving on, but I didn't hear back.

Recruiter mentioned 2 tech interviews at the start. The coordinator scheduled both at times I hadn't confirmed, which made it hard to focus. After the first interview, which was just okay, I got an email saying I wouldn't be considered further. But then my second interview was scheduled. I tried contacting the recruiter and coordinator, but no response. The second interviewer contacted me a few days later, saying he waited for me to connect. I had to explain that he should take that up with his recruiter for clarity. The hiring process seems broken.
