Candidate-reported interview process

The interview covered testing and SOC activities, management, SOC, how the process works, what types of vulnerabilities are identified in AlienVault, how to manage SIEM, and how to make hosts and networks secure.

First round is doing a set of skill exercises and return back. The tests include functional testing, automated testing, non-functional testing, quality assistance and process improvements.

The interview process had 5 stages in total. It started with an initial screening by the recruiter, followed by a skill assessment, then a technical interview, a behavioral interview, and finally a wrap-up interview with the hiring manager. Unfortunately, I only made it through the first three stages, as I was ultimately not selected after the technical interview.
