Candidate-reported interview process

Resume screening at Atlassian is not good as I got rejected and got in because I was able to get a hold of someone that is in the organization. So, unless you know someone getting a call from this company has slim chances. The call with recruiter was very standard template oriented. After that I had a TPM screen where a peer interviewed me. Despite technical challenges, feedback was positive but they moved forward with other candidates. I felt like there was a lack of transparency in the process.

The interview process started with a screening, then involved multiple interviews with different stakeholders. There was also a challenge session with several people. It was quite detailed and in-depth, but pretty straightforward. I negotiated the offer before accepting. The whole process was quite long, but they kept me updated, so it wasn't too frustrating.

The interview process was quick and streamlined. I got a response within a week of applying, and everyone was friendly. I appreciated how fast each step was.
