Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process included a first round that was split into two parts: half an hour dedicated to SQL and another half hour focused on a business case involving metrics. Following this, after approximately two weeks, there was a second round which was a one-hour behavioral interview.

It was a pretty straightforward process from the recruiter call all the way to the offer. I got asked one SQL question in the technical interview. The behavioral interview had a total of 3 interviews. Then there was an onsite interview that included experimentation specific questions.

The recruiters at Atlassian were really great, especially Kate. I didn't get an offer, and she called me personally to let me know I wasn't moving forward. During that call, I referred a friend, and she followed up with them. I'm sad I didn't get the role, but I have nothing but good things to say about the experience.
