First interview was a recruiter screen which I passed. Second was a case study where they gave me a case to read up on and I would get a panel interview to present my slides. They kept pushing my date out and then told me the role was filled even though I performed prep work.
What a pain in the butt the application process was in 2025. I just don't get why companies make it so difficult to apply for jobs when they make you fill out every single detail about your past jobs, dates, and everything, even after you've uploaded your resume. They're definitely going to miss out on a lot of good people because of how they do things.
Started with an HR call that was pretty simple. Then a Hiring manager stage where it was mostly about my experience and a couple of scenarios. A task followed, which wasn't too difficult but required lots of exploratory questions. Finally, there was a Value interview and an SLT interview, which were pretty basic.
