Communication was a bit back and forth; I got some important details just a few hours before the interview, which really threw me off. I did get some feedback later, which was helpful, but it wasn't quite the same as what the original hiring manager told another recruiter.
Got timely updates before the screening. My HR Manager, Debs, who did the screening, was very responsive to my follow up emails asking about the next steps. She was very professional throughout the screening experience.
It took over 3 months for a 4 round interview process, and the interviewers seemed unsure of themselves. I had to reschedule with several different people. It took more than a month to get feedback and advance to the next stage. I wouldn't go through this again; it's not worth it, especially since many reviews mention a toxic and competitive culture.
