Candidate-reported interview process

I applied via an employee referral and then had a preliminary call with the recruiter. It was a bit strange because they reached out without checking my resume first and then contacted me about the wrong position. I had also clearly stated my international status in my application, but the recruiter seemed surprised when they learned I wasn't a citizen or didn't have a H1B.

The interview process started with an elimination round called the ML Craft, First Round. This round had two parts: first, a 30-minute discussion about an ML project of my choice from my experience, and second, a 30-minute ML system design question. Following that, there were two 60-minute coding rounds and an ML system design round. The coding rounds covered Backend Coding with a focus on Data Structures and Code Design, and there was another ML System Design round.

The whole process was very quick and pretty straightforward. The recruiter was helpful. Totally recommend.
