Atlassian Application Support Engineer interviews, decoded.

The interview process involved a recruiter call, then a technical interview, followed by a values interview, another technical interview, and finally a manager interview. Each stage was an hour long. I felt it was a significant waste of time, possibly for interview farming. I won't apply here again. They should merge interviews instead of making candidates wait four days.

It was a good and fast interview process. Nothing too difficult and they ended up offering more money in the end. This was a few years back so maybe things have changed a bit. No complaints though.

The interview process was relaxed and straightforward. The interviewers were professional. It consisted of approximately 1 hour divided into two technical rounds, one behavioral round, and a final manager round. There was no HR round.
