The interview process was quite lengthy, with several stages spread out over weeks, making it challenging to keep up the energy. Although the technical discussions were interesting and the team seemed smart, the extended periods between interviews made the whole experience feel longer than it needed to be. However, I liked how thorough it was and I got a good sense of the job and what's expected.

The recruiter was not friendly at all, which was surprising. I'm not sure why I was invited for an interview. This person was different from most recruiters at big companies, and the interview style seemed too direct. I've heard that people in other positions had a similar experience.

It started with a coding challenge that took about 1.5 hours. Then, there was a live coding challenge. After that, we had a chat about their company values. In the end, I was told I got the job and needed to sign papers the next day, but without any details. They ended up ghosting me for a few days and then said they found someone 'stronger,' despite telling me I was accepted. It seems they don't really live by the values they talk about so much.
