Candidate-reported interview process

We had 4 rounds. First was a Hiring manager round to get to know the team and our ways of working. Then a Portfolio round where we discussed 2 projects. After that, a PM round to check cross-functional fitment. Lastly, a Values round to see if you align with the company's values.

There are 2 rounds. A portfolio review and personality interview, The portfolio review lasts about an hour. The interview after is about whether you are a good fit for the company

Recruiter got fired and it took 3 weeks for a transfer. In the end, interview feedback was available but no other significant feedback than "overall good feedback, not enough spots". Overall okay but the process was very lengthy.
