Candidate-reported interview process
I went through a few rounds, it was a pretty standard interview process. Near the end, there was a portfolio presentation with some senior designers from the team. I felt like I was ready for every part of it.
I had a video chat with the recruiters first. Then they gave me a design challenge to do. It seemed like they used some of my ideas after that, but I didn't get the job.
It was a great experience. The staff were really helpful in getting me set up for success. The team seemed nice too. There were several rounds, including ones about values, a case study, a portfolio review, and some recruiter calls. The team was fantastic and enthusiastic, and they really went out of their way to ensure I had all the information I needed.
