Candidate-reported interview process

This company has a super organized and upfront interview process. They put a lot of info on their website and even on YouTube about how they do interviews, and they give you loads of help to get ready. There are different stages to the interview, and they explain them all on their site.

The interviewer was rude, though quite pretty. I wouldn't recommend this place. He had a fixed idea of what he wanted and didn't listen to my experience. I had high hopes for the company before this.

I scheduled a call with the recruitment manager, and the process was really smooth. We talked about what I do at school and why I'm interested in the role, and what I know about the company. They explained the next steps.
