There were multiple rounds of interviews with many different stakeholders. Stakeholders may or may not be in the same business function and this makes interview scheduling very tedious and overkilling.
The interview process is based on stories. Connect your stories with leadership principles for a better chance of success. You can lie, as long as you stick to the leadership principles.
The interview process involved a 2-hour technical assessment with two questions, followed by a 1 hour 30 minute behavioral assessment. Then there were three technical interviews where they asked about myself, my projects, and leadership principles.
