Candidate-reported interview process

I went through 6+ virtual interviews, and they used the STAR method. The interviewers were really focused on taking notes and documenting my answers. It was back-to-back virtual interviews. HR was really fast with responses, getting back to me within the 5-10 day window they mentioned after the final interviews.

Started with a recruiter call to see if I was a fit for the role. Then, about two weeks later, I had a screening interview with some peers who are in the same role. After that, they asked for a writing sample. Another two weeks passed, and then I had a really long "loop" interview with several hours of back-to-back, intense interviews.

The interviews were pretty tough and mostly behavioral. There were quite a few rounds, so it's definitely important to get ready beforehand. My advice would be to spread the interviews out and try not to do more than one in a single day.
