I was contacted by a recruiter in February and completed an online assessment. About one to two weeks later, I had back-to-back interviews with two scientists. One scientist asked me about my research, and the other asked me behavioral questions about leadership principles.
It was a quick process with just two parts: an online assessment and then a call with the hiring manager. The online assessment was all about data structures and algorithms, like LeetCode easy and medium problems. The phone interview was a mix of behavioral and technical questions. They really wanted to hear about times I used leadership principles, so remember to use the STAR method for those.
We started with an online assessment that had two LeetCode-style problems, one easy and one medium. After that, I had a phone interview with the hiring manager, where they asked some technical questions specific to the team I was applying for. It was mostly behavioral questions though.
