Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process is based on stories. Connect your stories with leadership principles for a better chance of success. You can lie, as long as you stick to the leadership principles.

It was a good experience. The questions were mainly based on my work and project experience, and they went deep into the technical concepts behind the stack I used in those projects.

The interview process involved a recruiter call, a workplace simulation, a take-home assessment, and finally a hiring manager interview. I suggest preparing answers that tie into the leadership principles; if you do that, you should be fine.
