I had a phone screen and then an interview loop with 5 interviewers, each interview was about an hour. They seemed to ask questions about leadership principles, and the Youtube videos were really helpful for understanding the interview format.
The interview process was pretty straightforward. They gave us some info on what to expect. Things moved quickly. I got through the phone interview and made it to the third round, but didn't advance to the final one. The recruiter was helpful and friendly.
It was a long and tough process. Started with HR, then a hiring manager screen. Then 5 zoom calls over two days with 8 people in total. Took almost 3 months from applying to finish.
