I had a recruiter call, and then I went onsite. I prepared examples of leadership principles, but they didn't ask anything I prepared for. Instead, they asked general questions like what I would do with critical information.
3 interviews - First, a Recruiter call to check soft skills and explain the process. Second, a Hiring Manager interview that went straight into challenging questions without building rapport, which I didn't like because I value connection with my manager. Third, a Panel interview, which I didn't do as I accepted another offer.
The interview process included a phone screen, a section on Leadership Principles, and a panel interview, followed by an offer. The phone screen was quite quick. It is important not to use the same examples for all Leadership Principles questions. I received the offer 5 days after the panel interview.
