Overall, the first stages are related to the candidate's resume. In the later phases, they are specific to data center operations, including the equipment, what's there, how it works, and an English test which is a brief chat to assess the candidate's level.
We met with 3 different leads/managers for 3 hours total, with a 30 minute break in between. Each person asked STAR-format behavioral experience questions. Make sure you have lots of stories ready that can fit their leadership principles.
The interview process was really great! I enjoyed working with everyone, and it was clear how everything would go. I liked how organized and well-planned it all was.
