The interview process involved 4-5 interviews that were scheduled back-to-back. There was a lunch break included where you could eat with someone from the team you might join. Each interview session lasted about 30-45 minutes.
it was tough and i was not given any clarity on why i was rejected. it seems like they were looking for overqualified people because the hiring manager mentioned they are seeking someone who can be promoted to the next role in under 2 years.
It was a good experience overall, everything went well. I recommend it to everyone who wants special options to try, so feel free to join Amazon as soon as possible and prepare well.
