No processo seletivo tive que realizar três entrevistas online pela plataforma da Amazon. Duas com funcionários do RH realizando perguntas comportamentais e outra com um funcionário técnico da área com perguntas mais específicas da função.
Several logic, personality, and skills tests were administered. The process heavily emphasized personality and problem-solving approaches, including how to handle emails and divide tasks. Additionally, there was a technical skills test, specifically in programming.
There were two back-to-back interviews. The first round focused on technical details and behavioral questions, specifically related to the 14th amendment of Amazon's culture. It was important to answer with the given guidelines and be mindful of the time limit.
