So, the interview was pretty straightforward and professional. It started with submitting an application online and then a quick screening. After that, there were technical interviews and behavioral ones. They asked about basic cloud stuff, networking, how I'd handle troubleshooting, and dealing with customers. The interviewers were nice and told me what to expect next. Overall, it felt like a fair process and gave me a good idea of what the Cloud Support Engineer job is really about.
It was a really nice interview. It felt pretty casual but they still asked some smart questions. There were four rounds in total, with two focusing on technical skills and two on personal skills. All in all, it was a great experience and I'd recommend them as a good place to interview.
It was a hour onscreen interview with one Senior Engineer based in South Africa. It was a good experience, asked questions from the topics they'd ask from and they were fair to say the least.
