It was a phone scree and then 4 loop interviews, with around 8 people in total. The interview process had 4 phases, and each phase had at least 2 people. Most of the questions were based on amazon leadership principles.
The first round was 50 minutes long with the hiring manager and team. It was very mechanical and just asked questions. They expect ready answers for the situational questions, which can be fabricated most times. It didn't allow for a conversational interview, which is a better experience to understand the team and culture.
The process was entirely technical and based solely on a language test, disregarding technical knowledge and not providing any warning about a language assessment. There seemed to be a lack of interest in my personal presentation, background, or any personal information.
