The interview process was quite behavioral-focused. They really probed into how you think through situational problems and asked you to make choices you might not have expected. It was pretty interesting and took a good amount of time.
After a phone screen, I'm getting ready for the next round, which is a loop interview. They asked 3 questions total during the process. Overall, it was a positive experience. My advice is to be prepared with very specific answers backed by metrics and anticipate follow-up questions.
Had a basic HR interview, then the hiring manager interview. They asked HR type questions, more behavioral, no technical questions. The interview was about 15-30 minutes and done over webcam, not in person. The hiring manager asked a lot of 'what if' scenarios, like 'what would you do in this situation?'.
