It was a standard interview process, nothing out of the ordinary. The interviewer was quite friendly. Preparation is key, and if you're ready, it can feel pretty straightforward. They mainly focused on discussing my past experiences and understanding of relevant systems. We had a good conversation overall.
The interview process was smooth and straightforward. They were clear about what they wanted to see from me. The interviewer also told me how long the interview would take, which was nice.
I went through seven interviews, each lasting about an hour and spread out over a few days. One of the interviews was with the bar raiser, and all of them focused on the Amazon leadership principles.
