Amazon Web Services Manager interviews, decoded.

It was a loop interview with technical questions, behavioral questions, and client management questions. They asked about how I solve customer problems using the working backwards approach and how I solve issues in general. They also covered stakeholder management and customer relationship management.

There were two interviews, each focused on the company's leadership principles. Each interview covered two leadership principles. You were asked to share a specific situation where you showed behavior aligned with those principles. Expect detailed answers and potential follow-up questions.

They have a rigorous interview process. Has screening with 5 different people and the a bar raiser. Stuck to the star format and spoke on experiences in past roles and what value I will bring in.
