The interview process is quite demanding, starting with one phone screen and followed by approximately 5 more interviews. It's crucial to prepare, especially by having stories ready in the STAR format. They also delve deeply into your technical knowledge.
It was a long and stressful process with 5 interviews, each an hour long, with different managers. The first interview was a one-hour screening, just as tough as the others. If everything was okay, the other 4 interviews were scheduled over two days, with 3 hours of interviews on the first day.
It was pretty rigorous, with back-to-back interviews. You need to be able to jump from project to project from your past experience, identifying what you delivered and calling out all the benefits. You also need to write out all your job experiences.
