The interview process was fast and simple. They asked some basic questions about my experience and life skills, as well as questions about my work skills. I also got to ask a few questions.

it was about assessing fit and passions, looking at your interests and character and how you fit to companies leadership attributes. then skills and scenario-based interview. need to demonstrate how you applied your skills in a situation youve been in.

You do an assessment where they check your typing and grammar skills, and each part has a time limit. If you fail any section, you can't continue, but if you pass the whole test, you'll have a casual interview with an HR consultant to get to know you. If they think you're a good fit, they'll hire you.
