I had a nice interview with the head of safety and the HR manager. A few days later, I got a no-conflict-of-interest form and then was scheduled for the final stage a week after that. But just a few days before the final interview with the CEO, they cancelled it without giving any reason.
It was a really nice face-to-face onsite interview with the PM and EM. We started with about 10 minutes of small talk to break the ice, then got into structured interviews for about 60 minutes, followed by another 45 minutes of small talk. I really enjoyed it and felt it was a positive experience, one of the best interviews I've had. While the outcome was good, the offer came really late, and unfortunately, I had to decline because I'd already accepted another offer that came through faster.
Got referred by someone internally but still had to apply online, which was a standard process. There was a long wait between the conditional offer and the final offer because of reference checks. However, it was easy to reach the recruiting team during this time.
