I applied online and after months, I got a video call with three people from the company. They scheduled it three weeks out. They ended up not offering me the role, which I found out because I saw on their careers page that I was no longer under consideration. They never told me.
It was an online interview. Everyone was nice and made me feel welcome. I got asked both personal and technical questions. The personal questions were the usual ones about strengths and weaknesses. The technical part included me explaining what a systems engineer does.
After applying, I got a link to a standard psychometric test site. It had several numerical mini-games and a picture test to check my qualities. After that, I had to record my answers to 3 interview questions.
