Candidate-reported interview process

Standard Star questions- everyone was very warm and friendly. Talked a lot about the future of the company and technological innovation. I have been working for about 10 years so not a lot of emphasis on education, just prior work experience.

This was a direct entry, conversational interview where we talked through my CV, business objectives, and how my prior experience could contribute. The remuneration is based on a standard grading structure with associated bandings, and the benefits include an extensive SS catalogue and competitive benefits and pension.

First, a screening call with a coordinator covering your background, why you're interested in this role, your salary needs, and how you like to work. Then, a second round which is a competency-based interview with the hiring manager.
