Candidate-reported interview process

The interview involved situational and coding questions. They also asked about my research on the company and my reasons for interest. For the coding question, I had to write out a solution to a problem while they watched.

It was a 3 stage interview process. First, a pre-recorded video interview with a live coding problem. Second, an online interview, mostly competency-based. Third, a final video call with seniors to discuss my coding thought process and give a technical presentation on a completed project.

A recruiter reached out in December and I had an initial phone screen with them. Unfortunately, I didn't advance past this stage. I think the next step would have been an onsite technical interview.
