I sent in my application online with my CV, and about a week later, I got a call for a screening. After that, they invited me to an interview, and I could book a time through a calendar. The interview was an hour long, took place on-site in Portsmouth, and included four behavioral and four technical questions.
It was a 3-step interview process: first a phone interview, then two in-person interviews. The in-person interviews focused on behavior and work-type questions. It wasn't hard at all. It's very basic, and they're mainly looking to hire interns right out of college.
First, there were some psychometric and skill based games, which were pretty easy. After that, they invited me for a video interview where I had to record myself answering questions. For each question, I had 3 minutes to answer and 30 seconds to prepare.
