Candidate-reported interview process

First, you send in your CV and Cover letter. Then there's an online assessment, it's kind of a game. After that, you have a final interview with the hiring team and the people you'd be working with.

It was a video interview. The process was pretty straightforward even with some tech hiccups. It kicked off with some general questions like why you're interested in the role. Then, it moved on to four questions about past experiences, followed by four technical questions to wrap things up.

It was a lengthy process with about two or three interviews and a lot of back and forth. The interviewers were professional and conducted the interviews normally. Initially, I was interviewed by the wrong team. I was under the impression there was a local position, then there wasn't, and then it turned out there was!
