Two really nice and easygoing interviewers. It was mostly behavioral. Make sure you know why you chose BAE instead of a bank. The behavioral questions were simple, and we even chatted casually about sports at the start... it felt more like a conversation.
I interviewed for a Finance Intern role at BAE systems in March 2020 via video call. The interview questions were quite straightforward, and it felt like a good chance to show my personality.
It was an online interview where I had 1 minute to prepare for each question. I watched videos from the hiring team and then recorded myself answering. There were only a few questions and it didn't take much time.
