Candidate-reported interview process

Had a pleasant online assessment that included recording answers to some questions and also some math reasoning questions. Then, had a chill and stress-free informal phone call with the recruiters from my department. The communication with the recruitment team has been great overall.

the last step was a hirevue call that lasted 1 hour and 15 minutes with a graduate and a hiring staff member. the process was straightforward, involving 6 behavioural and 3 technical questions tailored to the role.

It was a STAR-based interview, done over the phone. The interviewers were really nice and professional. We had a good chat about the job, the project, and the team. After they asked their questions, we talked about what I'd like in the role. There were a few connection problems, but we managed to keep talking. Overall, a really nice interview.
