Candidate-reported interview process
It was a 1-on-1 interview with a senior employee. I had to give a presentation on a topic of my choice, followed by a Q&A, and then some standard interview questions. It was informal and a quick turnaround, with the whole interview lasting about an hour. I received an offer.
The interview process involved two rounds. The first round was conducted via HireVue and included a mix of competency-based questions and games designed to assess memory, numerical, and logical skills. The second round was a one-on-one interview with employers from BAE.
They first look through your CV and ask some normal competency questions. It took them a while to find someone. You'll be interviewed by experienced hires. The process is pretty straightforward with normal interview questions, nothing too tricky. There's a chance you might have to give a 15-minute presentation.
