Applied online via the company website, sending in my CV and Cover Letter. I had two rounds of interviews, and was told that round two was the final round, although there might have potentially been a third and final call.
You'll get an email from HireVue with a link to your interview. It'll say when to finish it by (like July 14) and how long it should take (30–60 mins). There's an option to practice answering questions, which you can do as much as you want. This is just to check your setup and get you used to talking to the camera, BAE won't see these practice ones. When you start the actual interview, a question will pop up on the screen, shown and maybe even read out. You'll get a little bit of time to prep, like 30 seconds to a minute, and then you'll have 1.5 to 2 minutes to give your answer.
The interview process had a Hirevue video recorded interview, aptitude tests that were games, and a personality test where you picked between pictures. No actual contact with anyone in this first stage.
