Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was not ideal. It involved an online interview aided by AI. One of the assessments resembled a dyslexic exam, requiring participants to recall numbers in reverse. This makes the company seem less accommodating to disabilities.

They gave me a coding programme and some C and Python questions. I wasn't ready for this since I thought they were open to any background. Turns out, they were open to any background, but it had to be the one they were looking for.

You'll start with video responses where you have 30 seconds to record your answer to open-ended questions, and you can re-record up to 3 times. After that, there are intelligence tests and a personality test.
