Candidate-reported interview process
The interview process was straightforward and the interviewers were very nice and friendly. It was an in-person interview which added a bit of pressure. It was good to meet other students who might be placed here.
After submitting a general application, I was asked to complete a short video interview. This video asked some behavioural and competency based questions. I also had to take a short aptitude test that included basic numeracy and spatial reasoning questions.
It was an informal interview, a really relaxed chat where they asked me a few personal questions about why I want to join the company and how my skills fit the job, along with some personal traits.
