The interview started off rocky due to a very energetic recruiter who provided some incorrect information and set the wrong expectations. It felt like the company itself would have been great, but we just didn't get off to a good start.
It was a really interesting mix of questions and tasks! The game-based competencies threw me off a little, but it was a really cool way to do interviews! They had the usual questions too, and talking to a camera instead of a person was neat, but the games were super memorable!
Applied online, and luckily no phone interview! The first step was a 30-minute non-technical chat covering general consulting topics and why I'm interested in the company. It was pretty standard. For the second interview, I had to prepare a 30-minute presentation on a subject I chose, and I was advised to connect it to the company's work. This interview also included questions about my CV, some problem-solving scenarios, and a general conversation.
