Candidate-reported interview process

I got an easy online system to book my interview. Then I talked to two friendly people who told me all about the site, the job, and what they were looking for. They asked me some technical questions about quality stuff and about my past work.

The interview process used the STAR system. The interviews were very friendly and the team was great. It takes longer than they say to hear feedback from the interview; I was told 2 weeks and it was about 6 weeks before recruitment called back. But the overall experience was fine.

The first interview was a screening call with a BAE recruiter, lasting about 10 minutes. We talked about whether I was a good fit for the job, why I applied, and if I needed any special arrangements for the next interview.
