Candidate-reported interview process

The whole thing takes about half a day and has a bunch of technical and group activities. You'll work together to solve practical issues, showing off your smarts and technical skills. It's also about seeing how well you team up, lead, and communicate, making it a pretty engaging experience.

It was a good experience overall, the staff were friendly and made me feel at ease. It was all done online. I got a phone call to set up the interviews and for follow-ups.

It was a panel of 3 people. First, we did a behavioral assessment and then some written technical questions about analog and digital electronics. After that, I had a practical lab activity to do, and then we finished with a tour of the facility.
