Candidate-reported interview process

You start with 3 games: a numerical game, a logical reasoning game, and a picture select game. Then there's a HireVue interview with 3 recorded questions and 1 written question. After that, you get invited for a 1-hour interview at the Frimley base, and then an offer.

First you do a hirevue, which is like a video interview where you answer questions, and you can try multiple times. If you pass that, you come in for a face to face interview, which has motivational questions and then 3 or 4 technical questions.

It was an online live video interview, and they made me feel really comfortable, almost like we were just chatting. It was about 9 questions and took around 2 hours. They asked me to go into detail about my answers to the questions.
