Candidate-reported interview process

So I found their AI interviews to be pretty annoying, and the communication was terrible. They also didn't bother to let unsuccessful candidates know. I was expecting a bit more from them, honestly.

The first step was a chat with the recruiter, which felt like a good match. I got scheduled for a remote interview, and I took time off work for it. When I logged on, no one showed up. The recruiter apologized and rescheduled. In the rescheduled interview, we discussed my technical skills and looked at my portfolio and past work. They seemed excited about me being a good fit. After that, I heard nothing back even though I followed up multiple times over weeks. It was a really bad experience.

They started with online tests, including numerical reasoning, verbal, and abstract tests. Then there was an online interview using good, easy-to-use software. The questions were mostly general, with one technical question. Nothing too surprising. Just be ready and dress well.
