Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process had one round, focusing on a behavioral and technical overview. There were no LeetCode-style coding challenges. Candidates were advised to be prepared to discuss their resume, as the interview consisted of a 'resume grill' with several deep dives into past experiences. No particularly difficult questions were asked beyond that.

I had to do an online assessment that was like mini games, with a few numerical games and then an autogenerated interview with 5 questions. The interview questions were about challenges I've faced and projects I've worked on.

BAE has a pretty organized interview process. First, there was a Hirevue where I had to answer some basic behavioral questions, and I got to re-record my answers up to three times after thinking about them. They also had some game-based assessments.
